The things we encounter, feelings we show and those people that creates tremendous impact to our lives are few of the components occurring in our mind during sleep accompanied with rapid eye movement. Give people the reason to smile and revolve in the world of fantasy the whole day. Sounds good but looks weird for those people you pass by because it can almost make them see what you're thinking by the way you react. Funny things about our dreams, negative emotions are common than positive ones and we don't always recall what we dreamed about. But come to think of it, our brain is like an exceptionally big data storage. Everything we smell, see, hear, taste and touch is retained by our brain, and placed into what we may call "brain cabinet." haha! Our brain gives close attention even if we don't! We consider those our memories. Other people believe that dreams may foretell the future, but research haven't proven that to be true, i think it's because studying about dreams in a laboratory is difficult. haha! Anyway, there are a lot of ways to help ourselves have good dreams. When you're about to fall asleep, start to think about happy situations. This can initiate the brain to form dreams from your happy thoughts. Doing this is like introducing dosages till you get used to the drug minus the actual chemical substance equals the place or state of existence of the blessed after the mortal life.
